Chunky Applesauce

Chunky Applesauce

My mom always canned this chunky applesauce every summer from our apple trees in our back yard. It's sweet and tart and has a slight cinnamon taste but best of all it stays chunky. What is even more simple, is that she freezes it instead of canning. It is a BIG treat when she hands out her applesauce every year!
