  • 3 lbs. stew beef
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 2 large potatoes, cubed and peeled
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups water

Place the carrots, potatoes, onion, and celery in the crockpot and place the beef on top. In a bowl, combine the onion mix, soup and water. Pour over the top of the meat and veggies. Add more water if the liquid does not reach the meat. Cook on low overnight. Add more water in the morning and continue to cook throughout the day.
