Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 C. butter, softened
- 1/2 C. granulated sugar
- 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 C. creamy peanut butter
- 1 lg. egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 C. (1 12-oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and peanut butter in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels.
Drop dough by the tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet. Press down slightly to flatten into 2-inch circles.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still soft. Cool on baking sheet for 4 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
