Family favorite for cookouts and hoidays. A pretty and tasty side dish!

Ingredients

  • 10 large potatos
  • 8 eggs (diced)
  • 1 lg. purple onion (chopped)
  • 2 C. sweet pickle cubes
  • 2 C. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbs. celery seed
  • 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbs. red wine viniger
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • lite mayonnaise (enough to mix well)

Directions

Boil or microwave potatos whole (firm) and chill in refrigerator. Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes. Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Can be made the day before, and is good for several days,
