  • 2 ½ C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • Dash salt
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 C. crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • ¾ C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ C. salted peanuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together butter and peanut butter until creamy. Mix in brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, reduce mixer speed, and gradually add in flour mixture. Once combined, stir in chopped peanuts. Spoon dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and serve.
