Chutney-Glazed Turkey

Ingredients
- 8 2-oz. turkey breast cutlets
- cooking spray
- 1/4 C. mango chutney
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs. dry sherry
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Directions
Place turkey cutlets ona broiler pan coated with cooking spray; set aside. Combine chutney and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Brush half of chutney mixture over cutlets; broil 4 minutes. Turn cutlets over. Brush with remaining chutney mixture and broil an additional 3 minutes or until done.
