  • 1 C. apple juice
  • 1/3 C. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard

Slice ham into 4 slices and place in crock-ette. Combine apple juice, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over ham slices. Cover and cook 7-10 hours. Double or triple this recipe for larger ham to be cooked in large crockpot.
