Cilantro Salad Dressing

Use this tasty blend for salads, as a sandwich spread, and for dips.

Ingredients

  • 2 C. Best Foods or Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 C. white vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. minced jalapeno
  • 1 Tbs. minced garlic
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves only

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Put in glass jar with lid and it will keep for 2 weeks.

  • This recipe is fantastic. It can be added to about everything. I keep a jar of it in the refrig for when needed. I use just a little bit less of vinegar .
