Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 4 cups almonds
- ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sugar

Directions
Beat the egg white in a small bowl and add 1 tablespoon of cold water. Beat until the mixture is frothy and then add the almonds. Coat the nuts. Mix the cinnamon, sugar, and salt together and coat over the nuts. Spread the almonds on a lightly greased pan. Bake for 1 hour in the oven set to 250 degrees. Stir occasionally to bake evenly.
