Cinnamon Apple Crumb Pie
- 1 21-oz. can apple pie filling
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 4 Tbs. butter, divided
- 1 1/2- 2 C. crushed pecan shortbread cookies
Pour pie filling into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with 1 Tbs. butter. Melt remaining butter. Place cookie crumbs in a bowl. Stir in butter until course crumbs form. Sprinkle crumbs over apple filling. Cover edges of pie with foil (so it won't burn). Place in preheated 450 dgree oven for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
