Cinnamon Apple Salad

Ingredients
- 6 apples
- 1/2 C. red cinnamon candies
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 2 C. water
- 2 Tbs. broken nut meats
- 10 dates, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 C. diced pineapple
- 1/4 C. salad dressing
Directions
Pare and core apples. Cook candies and sugar in water until dissolved. Add whole apples and cook slowly until transparent but not soft. Chill. Stuff centers with combined remaining ingredients.
