  • 1 (11 oz.) bag individually wrapped caramels
  • 10 medium Granny Smith apples, diced
  • 1/2 C. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 C. butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 1 C. oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • pinch of cloves
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar caramel sauce

Grease a crockpot and set aside. Unwrap all the caramels and cut them in half. Put the apples, cinnamon, cloves, flour, and caramels in the crockpot. Mix together. In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, and cloves. Cut the butter into the mixture until crumbles form. Spread the crumble topping evenly over the apples in the crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. To serve, scoop the crisp into bowls and drizzle with caramel sauce.
