This is a sweet dip makes a healthy snack with fruit, ginger snaps or vanilla wafers.

  • 2 Tbs. light or fat free mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbs. applesauce, natural or flavored
  • 2 Tbs. honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
