Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 oz. porridge oats
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 10 fl oz. skimmed or almond milk
  • 1 pear
  • 1 lemon

Directions

In a non-stick pan, pour in oats and cinnamon along with the milk and cook for 4-5 minutes in medium heat. Stir until creamy. Pour into two bowls. Grate the pear so slices fall on top of the porridge. Squeeze on top the lemon juice and sprinkle cinnamon.
