A great recipe that could be used as dessert or even for breakfast.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 C. flour
  • 3 Tbs. butter
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

In blender container, combine eggs, milk, flour, butter, cinnamon and salt. Cover and blend 30 seconds or until combine. Fill 6-8 well greased custard cups half full. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from custard cups. Serve hot with butter.
