  • 2 tubes of cinnamon rolls
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • Cinnamon roll icing

Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and layer the bottom of the crockpot with roll pieces. Beat the eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, spices, and cream together. Pour this evenly over the layer of rolls. Place any remaining roll pieces on top and evenly ice the top of the casserole with the cinnamon roll icing that is sold with the tubes. Cover and cook for 2.5 hours.
