Cinnamon Rolls

Indulge in a sweeter start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/4 C. warm water
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 C. Bisquick
  • 1/2 C. cold water

Directions

Add dry yeast to warm water. Set aside. Melt butter and set aside. Mix sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Mix Bisquick and cold water. Add yeast to mixture. Let set 10 minutes. Divide into 4 sections. Pat out into 4x 2" sections on floured board. Brush with the butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll and cut into 1” pieces. Place in buttered 9x13" pan. Brush to with butter and sugar and cinnamon mixture. Let set 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
