  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. water, cold
  • 4 C. almonds
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground

Preheat oven to 250 degrees and grease a lipped cookie sheet.

Lightly beat the egg white and add water. Beat until frothy. Add the nuts and stir to coat. Sprinkle the salt, sugar, and cinnamon over the nuts and toss to coat. Spread evenly on the cookie sheet. 

Bake for an hour in the oven until golden-brown. Allow to cool before storing in airtight containers.
