  • 100 grams dried cranberries
  • 1 orange
  • 200 grams oats
  • 50 grams mixed nuts
  • 150 grams sesame seeds
  • 100 grams butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 100 grams light sugar

Directions

Preheat the oven to 320 degrees and grease a baking tin. In a separate ungreased pan, toast the oats, nuts, and sesame seeds in the oven for 5 minutes. Then, melt the butter, sugar, and honey in a pan to form a syrup. Next, add the toasted oats, nuts, seeds, and dried cranberries. Mix well. Pour the mixture into the baking tin that has been greased and press it down lightly. Bake for 30 minutes. Cut the orange into slices while the bars bake. When the bars are done, cool and squeeze the orange slices over the bars for a citrus drizzle. Cut into 12 bars.
