  • 3 Salmon Fillets
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

In a medium saucepan melt butter. Add lemon juice and garlic.
Cook on medium heat until liquid becomes thickened into a glaze. Put salmon fillets, skin side down, over medium heat on the grill. Baste with glaze as the salmon cooks. Cook until salmon flakes easily with a fork. If any glaze remains, reheat and use as a dip for the salmon. If desired, garnish with lemon.
