  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 ¼ pound shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Boil a large pot of water and add the pasta, cooking for 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
Heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in the pot and add the garlic.
After a few minutes, add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. When the shrimp begins to pink add the Italian seasoning.
Add the pasta back to the pot with the rest of the butter, the parsley, and the cheese.
Stir the pot and when the butter is melted add the lemon juice and serve.
