  • 1 15.25 oz. box White Cake Mix
  • 3/4 C. Nonfat Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 1 C. Orange Juice
  • 2 C. Plums, pitted and sliced into wedges
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbs. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs. Granulated Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease two 9-inch cake pans with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, Greek yogurt and orange juice. Pour batter into cake pans. Stud the top of both cakes with plum wedges in any pattern of your choice, making sure to cover most of the batter. Sprinkle atop the plum-topped batter, in order, the lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and sugar. Bake for 30-33 minutes. Let cool before serving.
