Clam Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 rolls of Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 C. finely chopped celery
- 2 8-oz. cans chopped clams, drained (save clam juice)
- 3/4 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 C. clam broth (add milk to clam broth to make 1 1/2 C.)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and put in a buttered casserole dish. Put in a 350-degree oven and bake 30-35 minutes.
