  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 beaten egg
  • ΒΌ C. milk
  • 1 C. bread crumbs
  • 1 T. Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and seasoning. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Place each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then dip into the breadcrumbs, making sure to cover each piece well. Put the chicken pieces into a baking dish and top with half of the marinara sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then add the rest of the sauce and the cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
