  • Ingredients:
  • 2 ½ - 3 lb. chicken wings
  • Salt
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • Sauce:
  • 1 stick butter
  • 10 Tbs. hot sauce or Tabasco
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Cut thawed chicken wings and with poultry shears by the joints so you will get 3 pieces per wing. Rub olive oil and salt over the wings and set aside. In a bowl mix the sauce ingredients together and place in a saucepan over low heat until the butter is melted. Do not let the sauce boil; keep mixing the sauce together for it to stay liquid. Set wings on a grill over low heat. Cook slowly. Turn wings over and coat with the sauce, close the girl and cook the opposite side. Repeat coating the other side with sauce. Once wings are cooked, add more sauce if desired.
