  • 8 oz. penne pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1/3 C. butter
  • 1/3 C. all-purpose flour
  • 3 C. milk
  • ¾ C. Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • 1 C. mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. broccoli, cooked

In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour and milk. Bring mixture to a boil and whisk as sauce thickens. Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic, and nutmeg. Add in broccoli, toss to coat, and transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
