Skip the fast food line and eat something better! A classic burger and fries with a unique twist. The parmesan, garlic, and parsley give the fries an Italian flair making for a tasty side dish.

  • Burger:
  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 2 Tbs. garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Pickle slices
  • 4 slices mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 head romaine lettuce. Chopped
  • Brioche buns
  • Fries:
  • 3 large russet potatoes
  • 4 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ cup fresh Parmesan
  • 2 tsp. Sea salt
  • Handful of fresh parsley, chopped

In a large bowl, mix together beef, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Separate the beef into 4 parts and roll them into patties. Add a little more salt and pepper to the outside of the patty and grill on medium-high heat with the lid on. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. Melt the cheese onto the burger by placing it on top of the patty as it is still cooking. Put the burger together and enjoy!

In a small bowl mix together the garlic powder, salt, parmesan, and parsley. Cut the potatoes into wedges and toss them in the olive oil in a separate bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning on top of the potato wedges and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until it’s tender.
