Ingredients

  • 1 C. shortening
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Mix butter and sugar, salt and flour. Chill dough thoroughly. Make small balls of dough, roll in sugar and stamp with cookie stamp. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
