We have a secret ingredient for this classic caramel cheesecake. Just simply garnish the cheesecake with coconut shavings!

  • 1 3/4 C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 C. butter, melted
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbs. vanilla extract
  • 4 C. whipped cream
  • 1 C. caramel sauce
  • 1/2 C. coconut shavings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, butter and sugar in bowl. Place crust mixture on bottom of 8-by-8 inch square pan. Bake for 6 minutes. Set aside to cool. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Pour mixture on top of crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and coconut shavings. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
