  • 1 (12 oz.) box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • ½ stick butter
  • ¼ C. flour
  • 1 ½ C. milk
  • 1 C. cream
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can condensed cream of cheddar soup
  • 4 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread cooked pasta into a greased baking dish and set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, and cook for a few minutes. Whisk in milk, cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes while stirring as mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan, 3 cups of cheddar, and soup until all cheese has melted. Pour mixture over noodles, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
