  • 1 C. warm water
  • 3 tsp. yeast
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 2 C. four
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • cubed salami
  • basil

In a large mixing bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, and warm water, and let it sit for 5 minutes, or until bubbly. Add the flour, salt, and oil to the mixer and knead for 5 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and sticky. Let the dough rise for one hour. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle. Top each rolled out dough with the toppings of your choice, then fold one edge over and seal the pocket closed. Bake for 12 minutes at 450 degrees.
