Classic Chipotle Chicken For Tacos

- 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Add the oil to a ziplock bag. Seal it and toss and turn the chicken pieces inside the bag until they are well coated. Mix all of the spices in a small bowl. Add the spice mixture to the bag. Seal it. Toss and rub the chicken through the bag to coat well with the spices. Place bag in fridge and chill overnight.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes per side. When ready, chop chicken up into small pieces and serve with tacos.
