  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 box dark chocolate cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C. water
  • 1/3 C. vegetable oil
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) box instant pudding
  • 1 can chocolate frosting

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Butter two 9-inch cake pans and dust lightly with flour. Add 4 eggs, 1 C. water, 1/3 C. oil and 1 box instant pudding with cake mix in bowl. Mix on low for 1 minute. Beat on high for 2 minutes or until well-blended. Pour batter in prepared pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and remove layers from pan. Spread frosting between cake layers. Freeze layer cake until firm enough to frost top.
