Here's a copycat recipe of the marvelous fudge from the popular candy store, Fannie May. We also added walnuts to this easy fudge recipe for a little more texture.

  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 3 1/2 C. white sugar
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1 pkg. of 32-count marshmallows
  • 2 oz. baking chocolate
  • 1 (12-oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (12-oz.) pkg. sweet milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 C. walnuts

Mix butter, milk and sugars in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil and cover. Boil for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows. Stir until dissolved. Add chocolates (one at a time) and stir after each addition. Add vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Pour in greased 10-by-15-inch pan and wait until cool before cutting into squares.
