- 2 C. baby spinach
- 1-2 Hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 C. romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 large avocado, cubed
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cooked chicken breast halves; boneless, skinless and cubed
- 1/2 C. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 C. pecans, chopped
- 1/2 C. prepared poppyseed salad dressing
