Ingredients

  • 1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 sm. head red cabbage, shredded
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 C. fresh parsley, chopped
  • Dressing:
  • 1 C. vegetable oil
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 C. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

Combine dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables.  Toss well.  Refrigerate 2-4 hours before serving.
