  • 1/2 C. water
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 pkg. frozen chopped collard greens
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • pinch baking soda

Directions

Bring water, vinegar, and soy sauce to a boil. Then add collards, salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar,and baking soda. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
