Ingredients

  • 4 C. frozen mixed berries
  • 2 ½ C. flour
  • 1 ¼ C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ C. whole milk
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 4 T. canola oil

Directions

In a bowl mix 2 C. flour, ¼ C. sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add the eggs, oil and milk. This mixture should be thick. Spray the crockpot with cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the crockpot evenly. In another bowl mix the salt, the remaining flour and sugar. Add in the berries and coat the berries. Pour into the crockpot. Let it cook for 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
