  • 1 ½ lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. breadcrumbs
  • 1 T. Salt
  • ½ T. pepper
  • 1 T. minced garlic
  • 2 C. Sweet and Spicy BBQ sauce
  • 6 Buns, toasted
  • Recommended toppings:
  • Cooked Bacon
  • Sharp Cheddar
  • Lettuce
  • Dill pickles
  • Fresh tomatoes

In a mixing bowl, combine the beef, onion, garlic, spices, breadcrumbs and eggs. Form the beef into 10 – 12 bun sized patties about half an inch thick. Place the patties in your slow cooker. Stacking and overlapping them is okay. Pour the BBQ sauce over the burgers and cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve double stacked on a toasted bun with our recommended toppings, or try your own favorites.
