Ingredients
- 2 C. ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 C. salad oil
- 1/2 C. wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs. tarragon
- 1 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food procesor and whip together until well blended, about 1 minute.
