  • 2 C. Butter, room temperature
  • 2 C. Powdered Sugar
  • 4 C. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 16 oz. can Frosting of Choice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the flour and vanilla. Scoop up dough by rounded tablespoonfuls and space evenly onto prepared baking sheet. Bake cookies for about 10 minutes until golden-brown. Let cookies cool before spreading the top of each one with a dollop of frosting.
