  • ¾ C. all-purpose flour
  • ¾ C. brown sugar
  • ¾ C. vegetable oil
  • 1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • ½ tsp. Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Combine the flour, sea salt, baking soda. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, oil, eggs, and water. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ones. Add the melted chocolate chips. Fold in the whole chips and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, until the top is flaky.
