Classic Greek Salad

Serving Size / Yield
- 1 Cucumber, sliced into disks.
- 1 C cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, sliced in half-rounds
- 1/2 lb feta cheese, diced to 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 C calamata olives, pitted
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Toss with vinegar-olive oil dressing, garnish with pepper, and serve.
