Classic Irish Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

- 3/4 C. melted butter
- 1 Tbs. dried minced onion
- 1 lb. soda bread, sliced
- 1 lb. cooked ham, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, mix together butter and dried onion. Arranged half bread slices on baking dish. Layer ham and cheese. Place the top slices onto the sandwiches. Pour the mustard mixture evenly over the rolls. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
