Instead of wasting time trying to figure out when McDonald's starts serving breakfast, why not make their amazing pancakes at home? The best part is that you can add your own toppings!

  • 1/4 C. corn meal
  • 2 3/4 C. Bisquick
  • 1 1/3 C. milk
  • 2 Tbs. Splenda
  • 2 Tbs. soybean oil
  • 2 large eggs

Process cornmeal in blender until finely ground. Add Bisquick to blender. Add milk, sugar and oil to flour mix. Blend on low to mix well. Crack 2 eggs and add to mix. Blend on medium-high for 20 to 30 seconds. Allow mixture to stand for about 10 to 15 minutes. Oil griddle and heat up. Pour 1/4 C. batter on pan and flip when bubbles appear. Cook on second side until lightly brown.
