Classic Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1 C. dark corn syrup
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 C. pecan pieces
- 1 pie shell, regular depth
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. Beat together the sugar, syrup and melted butter. Add the eggs and pecans. Pour into the pie shell. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until firm in the middle.
Yield: 6-8 servings
