  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbs. garlic, mined
  • Lemon to squeeze on top

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat the sprouts with the olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic. Place the sprouts in a baking dish and roast them for 30 minutes until they’re tender. Squeeze it with lemon.
