  • 1 ½ lb. ground beef
  • 3 C. mashed potatoes
  • 1 ½ C. yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 ½ C. mixed veggies, frozen (peas and carrots are a must)
  • ¾ C. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ C. beef broth (+ more if needed)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large skillet, saute the onions until they are tender. Add in the frozen veggies and continue to saute for another 5 minutes. Add in the ground beef, salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce. Top the mixture with mashed potatoes and cheese. Bake the dish for 30 minutes.
