Pasta doesn’t have to be complicated, just tasty! This classic dish keeps all the same flavors of as nonna’s… but with less work.

  • 3 C. cooked spaghetti noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar of marinara sauce
  • 1 Tbs. parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for the pasta

Drizzle the noodles with olive oil and set aside. Saute the garlic in a skillet. Season the beef with salt and pepper and cook it in the skillet. The beef should be crumbly and cooked through. Drain the meat and add in the parsley. Pour the jar of marinara in with the ground beef and salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for at least 10 minutes. Pour the sauce over the noodles and serve.
