This easy-to-make spinach ravioli recipe will be popular with many since it takes so little time to prepare and involves very little hassle, too. You do not need to go through the time-consuming making-ravioli-from-the-scratch routine. You just use frozen ravioli. No need to thawing or boiling-- you use it straight from the bag. This is a healthy and savory food and contains spinach, ravioli, and two different types of cheeses. The following recipe will take 40 minutes of bake time and will make 4-6 servings.

  • 2 C. Alfredo sauce
  • 1 pkg. spinach ravioli
  • 1 C. shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 C. parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb. spinach, chopped and wilted (thaw and thoroughly drain, if frozen)
  • fresh herbs, if desired

Grease a 2-quart baking dish and spread one cup of sauce evenly over it. Top with the wilted spinach. Top with the ravioli, cheese, and any desired herbs. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. Bake uncovered and until the cheese is melted. Serve fresh.
